Ingredient list for Chunky tomato and Basil pizza sauce:
INGREDIENTS - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 tsp minced garlic - 1 tsp minced celery - 4 tomatoes roasted , de-skinned and roughly chopped - 1/4 cup fresh basil - salt - cracked pepper - paprika - 1 tsp sugar - 1/4 cup readymade tomato puree - 1 tsp pizza seasoning
Ingredient list for bhakhri: - 1 cup whole wheat flour ( make sure its not very fine ) - 1/4 cup ragi flour - 1/4 cup amaranth flour - 1/4 cup barley flour - 1/4 cup sorghum flour - melted ghee to cover the flour and make it sandy in texture - warm water as needed to knead the dough - salt to taste
TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE: onion julains, mixed bell peppers, olives, jalapenos, corns, cottage cheese cubes, mozarella cheese, mixed herbs or pizza seasoning, tomatoes julians or finely chopped, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt to sprinkle on top, mixed cheese can be added too
